League updates

• The building is closed until further notice. 
• For league business, please email, phone or visit our website and Facebook pages. 
• We are continuing to plan our Annual General Meeting for Tuesday, April 28. The board is exploring virtual meeting options since an in-person meeting will likely not be possible.
• Our compost sale will be Saturday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 13 unless further restrictions prohibit it.
• We are continuing to plan our Bloomin Garden Show & Art Sale; however, if restrictions for gatherings over 250 are not lifted then it will have to be cancelled.

​Keep Yourself and Community Healthy

• Practice social distancing. Try to keep an optimal six feet away from other people.
• Wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer that is a minimum 60-90% alcohol.
• Cough into a tissue or your elbow. Discard the tissue immediately.
• Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and take care of yourself.

While practising physical distancing, we believe there’s no reason to create social isolation. Reach out to your friends and neighbours through emails, phone calls, or video chat apps.

Technologies enable us to stay connected during crisis times like this. But please remember you may have seniors or other neighbours on your block who are not tech savy. They need social connection, and they may need of assistance with accessing information or getting needed supplies.
