Booking process & availability calendar
We reserved the right to determine if a rental is appropriate to the objectives of the league, our location and facility. Review our rental spaces to see which space is appropriate for your rental. Check availability on the rental calendar. Click "View details" for your desired room. View the calendar by day or week. Move ahead or back by click the arrows on the left side. Or click the calendar icon to jump to a specific date or month in the future. Please note that a rental may be declined even if the space was showing as available. There may be room for multiple users at the same time but not all uses are compatible without disturbing each other. Create a booking online. A minimum two days notice is required. If less than two days, please call 780-477-2773. Use your mouse to select the start time and drag and highlight to the end time. Ensure the start time is the time you need to enter the facility to start set up and the end time gives you time to clean up. Another booking could be made right before or after your booking. After you select your time the rental request form for that room will pop up. There will be a cost estimate; however, this does not factor in the maximum rate for the room so look above at the description. If you are using a mobile device, changing to List view may work better. Request response. Once you complete the rental request form, you will receive an email "Booking Request created". Once your request has been reviewed, you will be sent an email requesting rental payment if approved or an email declining the rental. We try to respond within 2-3 days. If staff are unavailable for a time, a message will be put on the rental page and a vacation response on the email. Need a viewing? View the rental spaces for room specific rate info or download 2024 rental rate sheet. You will be invoiced for the full rental fee. Rentals must be confirmed with payment of 50% of the rental fee. Rental balance is due 30 days before the event. If you are booking eight or more months in advance, you might be invoiced closer to your booking date. Payment options:

Rental fees paid will be refunded only if 30 days notice of cancelation is given in writing to [email protected]. Rescheduling a rental with less than 30 days notice is at the discretion of the rental manager. liquor
All alcohol service (outside of a private residence) is governed by AGLC and requires a liquor licence. The liquor licence, rental contract, and host liquor liability insurance must be under the same person’s or organization’s name. To have alcohol at your private event (members and invited guests only), apply for your Private Special Event Liquor Licence. Sell liquor costs $25 or provide free liquor costs $10. You need a licence even if you are just have wine with dinner. To have alcohol at events open to the general public, apply for a Public Resale Liquor Licence. These need 4-6 weeks to process or longer. You must provide food at your event and will be required to provide an event floor plan, occupant load certificate, and rental agreement. Your application will also need to be signed by police, fire and health who may have further requirements. Public Resale - Community for non-profit group. Cost: $50-200. All events with alcohol, large functions, or public events require event insurance. Check with your personal homeowner's insurance or commercial insurance provider or purchase rental insurance from a provider such as: Duuo or NFP. We’ve partnered with Duuo to give our event hosts a preferred rate on event insurance. To get a quote and purchase a policy, click HERE. A damage deposit may be requested prior to receiving access to the facility. This is a refunded deposit that will be fully returned if the space is left clean and as found and their are no damages. The amount varies from $200 to 700 depending on your rental space. The amount is indicated on the rental request form when you book or on the 2024 Rental Rate sheet. You make payment with a credit card a few days before your rental. It will then be refunded on your credit card within 3 days of your rental. It can take up to 10 business days for the return to show on your card. access & security
You will have access to the building at your entry time one of three way:
The rental manager will contact you to make access arrangements a few days prior to your booking or you can email [email protected]. The building has an alarm and cameras. Fob and door activity are tracked. Renters must set the alarm and ensure all doors are securely shut. Rental terms
