A large 3500 sq ft hall (52 by 68 feet with 20 foot high ceilings) with commercial kitchen, bar and reception /coat check. Loading doors open onto bricked west patio. 
Great for weddings, conferences, concerts, trade shows, performances and more.

          No alcohol - 270 to 430

Rates:  $100/hour
Saturday or holiday: minimum $500 up to $800
Sunday to Friday: minimum $200 up to $600
Friday + Saturday: $1200

                                 $300 non-alcoholic event.

24 round tables (60 inch) - seats 8

2 - 100 cup urns
2 - 42 cup urns
