 This room is 960 sq ft (24 x 40 feet). It has 2 doors, 2 counters, 2 sinks, a fridge, and a coffee make and kettle. An oven and induction burner are also available upon request

​Skylights provide lots of natural light. The pot lights are dimmable. The sound panels on the wall can be used as pin boards and there is a large white board.
​Great for classes, programs, seminars, meetings and small parties.

Included in the room are 60 banquet chairs, 10 six foot rectangular tables, six 60 inch round tables, 5 six foot flip desks, a metal table on wheels, and a coat rack on wheels.
